A green-field new build project for the Jackson Group who specialise in car showrooms across off-shore islands.
A non-corporate development featuring a design unique to the Jackson Group to facilitate the display of five brands under one roof on the Isle of Wight.
Won by Chiltern Construction through a competitive tender, the project saw around a dozen contractors traverse the Solent through the winter of 2017-2018.
The main gas line feeding the island runs below the construction site which kept us on our toes!
Esplanade is the largest car dealership on the island bringing many well-known prestigious brands including Mercedes and Volvo.
