Originally a prevalent Jaguar Landrover site on the main Bath Road of Slough, Citygate acquired and instructed to provide a brand-new SEAT and Skoda facility, with all the corporate trimmings, converting the development into a, what feels and looks like a new build project. A stunning transformation on a very tight programme delivered on time and on budget inclusive of new internal finishes, groundworks, and respraying to meet all the corporate requirements. Now a physical landmark for the Bath road in Slough.
