A significant re-structure of an existing dual franchise into a multi franchise facility.

The front-facing building line was markedly cut back to substantially increase car display and customer parking. A new lightweight caber floored mezzanine was constructed across the entire width of both the Hyundai and Renault showrooms for consolidated office accommodation.

To facilitate the extensive works, our client was provided with temporary pop up showrooms to accommodate ongoing day to day business. With Hyundai and Renault to the south facing elevation, the prestigious Maserati brand was implemented to the east elevation of the former workshop with further extension works carried out to the shared workshop to the rear.
