Multi Brand Showroom, Crawley

The existing Pasta Real factory was partly demolished and reconfigured into a three-brand showroom and workshop incorporating the latest Lexus corporate identity, alongside Peugeot and Hyundai. At the time, this was the largest facility in Europe.

The frontage was cut back to provide car display and customer parking. A technically challenging build due to the restrictions of Gatwick airport, a high lift-gear ban was enforced, and a bird management scheme had to be put in place.
