Chiltern Construction & Design completed this Flagship Toyota / Lexus dealership in Bristol for Motorline / Listers. A 12 month programme from brownfield site to cleint occupation. Along with the two large showrooms there was a state of the art workshop facility and new training centre for corporate functions and entertaining. The first new Toyota CI showroom in Europe, Incorporating environmental aspects to reach BREEM excellent standards.
