The project involved the creation of  the new Volvo Car dealership by developing a vacant former motor dealership premises. Some demolition and dismantling work plus a two storey extension and full fit out, including a mezzanine floor, some reinforcement steel work, mechanical and electrical work, glazing, partitioning, bulkheads, joinery, floor, decoration and furnishings. The building also recieved a new exterior decor facade, resurfacing works and a rear reataining wall built against the railway embankment.
